Dr. Westermann joined San Diego Perinatal Center in fall 2019. She earned her medical degree from University of California Irvine School of Medicine and completed an obstetrics and gynecology residency and maternal-fetal medicine fellowship at UC Irvine Medical Center and its affiliated hospitals. Her areas of clinical focus include detection of fetal conditions via ultrasound and the management of medical complications during pregnancy, such as heart disease, hypertension and renal disease.
